Privacy Statement
01.Who is responsible
Rosalie Oomen AI Advisory is responsible for the personal data described in this statement. The business is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 42049306. Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@rosalieoomen.com.
02.What is collected
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. The hosting provider also keeps standard server log data, such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps, to keep the site available and secure.
03.Why this data is used
Contact details and messages are used to answer enquiries and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. If you become a client, the information is also used for project administration and invoicing. These uses are based on pre-contractual contact, performance of a contract and legal obligations for business records.
04.How long data is kept
Contact enquiries are kept for no longer than 24 months. Client, project and invoice records are kept for seven years where Dutch tax law requires it.
05.Services that process data
The site is hosted by Lovable, operated by Lovable Labs AB. The contact form also uses Lovable's managed transactional email service to deliver your message to hello@rosalieoomen.com. Contact form submissions are sent by email and are not stored in a website database.
Google Search Console is used only to understand how the site appears in Google search results. It provides search-performance information and does not add analytics or tracking cookies to this site.
06.International transfers
If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an approved safeguard such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
07.Cookies
This site uses functional cookies only. It does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is used.
08.Data from other sources
When I approach organisations directly, I may use business contact details such as a person's name, role and work email from public sources. These may include LinkedIn, organisation websites and public procurement platforms. You can object to this use or ask for deletion at any time.
09.How AI is used
I work with business-tier AI tools where input is not used to train general models by default. Client and confidential data is never entered into public AI tools without explicit agreement. If an AI implementation processes personal data, a separate data processing agreement is signed.
10.No automated decisions or profiling
I do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling about individuals.
11.Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and you can withdraw consent where consent applies. Email hello@rosalieoomen.com. I will answer within 30 days.
12.Complaints
